Nouveau modèle: le certificat PEB 3.0 !

Depuis le 1/11/2024, le certificat PEB a été légèrement modifié: certificat PEB 3.0

Il apporte notamment des informations quant aux différents objectifs à atteindre (2033 et 2045).

D'autres changements graphiques divers ont été apportés.
